Description
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam is an economical product that possesses outstanding insulating capabilities through its unique physical properties. While EPS is very lightweight, it can structurally support many times its own weight, allowing the product to carry a relatively heavy payload and withstand the rigors associated with transportation. KODIAKOOLER® shippers and containers can be manufactured in different densities and sizes to increase both the insulating qualities and structural strength to fit many applications. Our foam coolers are manufactured as two-piece containers with a lid and base. All our shippers and containers are available with or without a corrugated box.
The N5-90P EPS Molded Foam Cooler is a 1” walled two-piece container with a lid and a base. We manufacture this cooler at our Nebraska and Pennsylvania plants. In inches, its inside dimensions are 9.75 x 7.75 x 6.5 and outside dimensions are 11.75 x 9.75 x 8.5.
We have an independent testing chamber available to validate new or existing pack outs. With years of experience, we are experts in developing and mapping protocols for multiple industries.
